Bio
Mr. Jaffe is a legal and strategic advisor to AMT. Mr. Jaffe has over 30 years experience and specializes in corporate law, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and venture capital. Richard focuses on advising funds and companies and specializes in key industries including alternative energy, technology and manufacturing. Mr. Jaffe regularly represents private equity funds and other investors in corporate transactions and also advises business owners and PE portfolio companies on raising capital to grow and exit their companies, as well as structuring public and private securities offerings, mergers, acquisitions with careful emphasis on regulatory compliance, tax implications and strategic wealth building for all parties. Mr. Jaffe also counsels boards and committees of boards re corporate governance issues as well as helping organizations with seemingly intractable strategic problems to include intellectual property rights, values and strategic uses. Mr. Jaffe earned his University degrees at Temple University – James E. Beasley School of Law and the University of Pennsylvania.
